Spencer Mallett is a seasoned professional with an extensive background in business administration, data analytics, and supply chain management. He holds both undergraduate and MBA degrees from Arizona State University, graduating in 2020 and 2023, respectively. His academic journey laid a strong foundation in leveraging data to drive business efficiency and innovation.

 

With six years of professional experience in the aerospace and defense industry, Spencer has honed his expertise in operations and project management. He spent five transformative years as the Operations Manager at a small manufacturing shop, where he adeptly handled everything from human resources to customer relations. His day-to-day responsibilities included utilizing data management and analytics to optimize cost structures, pricing models, and overall company efficiencies. Spencer also managed a team of up to 25 people, ensuring seamless shop operations.

 

Currently, Spencer is excelling as the Manager of Subcontracts at a top 5 Aerospace & defense conractor. he leads cross-functional teams to meet and exceed performance goals. His meticulous project management skills ensures all projects stay on track and adhere to company goals. Spencer’s commitment to excellence is further demonstrated by his certification in Earned Value Management, underscoring his proficiency in maintaining project control and delivering results.
